Crown Equity Holdings Inc - CRWE - reported that its subsidiary Crown Tele Services has entered into a letter of intent with BBN Solutions. BBN Solutions, located in India, and Crown Tele Services shall form a 50/50 Joint Venture corporation for the purpose of granting to Crown Tele Services, exclusive rights in the United States to BBN’s telecommunications marketing process and services.
